On September 20th, 2024, the 2024 Career Development Practice Course series commenced with a visit to Canva’s Beijing office. During the visit, students had the opportunity to experience Canva’s vibrant company culture firsthand and gain valuable insights into the tech industry and career development. Ashley Huang, a proud alumna of Guanghua School of Management and Canva’s Talent Acquisition Lead in China, shared her expertise on career planning and self-exploration.
This Career Development Practice Course, designed for "Future Leaders" program students by the Guanghua Career Development Center, extends learning beyond the classroom. With all sessions held at company sites, it underscores Guanghua’s commitment to providing students with practical industry insights and real-world career guidance.
