The Career Development Module, a compulsory course organized by Guanghua's Career Development Center (CDC), successfully concluded this year with a final company visit to the World Bank's Beijing Office.

During the visit, Future Leaders students had a unique opportunity to engage with Ms. Mara Warwick (World Bank Division Director for China and Mongolia, and Director for Korea). She shared with students her remarkable career journey across more than ten countries. Her candid responses to student questions—about how she bridges national policies with the World Bank's development objectives, her most fulfilling achievements, and best practices—left a lasting impression on students.

The session also featured deep dives into the World Bank's operations and recruitment landscape with Luoyi Zhou and Yingli Jiao (Guanghua MBA alumna), followed by an engaging discussion on IFC operations and a Q&A session with Wenqin Zhu (IFC Principal Country Officer), Yingli Jiao (Sr. HRBP), and Jun Ge (Economist).
This visit perfectly concluded this year's Career Module series. Throughout the course, students also visited JD.COM, BCG, Huatai Securities, and Canva through this course, equipping them with practical knowledge, global perspectives, and a glimpse into how global corporations and institutions operate in China as they prepare to make their mark on the world stage.
