The 2025 Future Leaders Program Capstone Project kicked off with the Match-up Meeting held at the end of September.

This year, we continue to welcome distinguished company partners who will mentor students over the next two months: Lenovo, Beijing Starbucks Foundation, MOLI GROUP, and Beijing United Family Hospital. Research topics range from intangible cultural heritage to organic search optimization on online platforms.
In the coming months, our students will collaborate with these industry leaders on real-world business challenges, applying classroom knowledge to develop innovative solutions while building essential professional skills. Started in October, students will take their first steps into the company offices, ready to apply classroom knowledge to real business problems and further discuss their research topics with company mentors.
This signature course aims to provide students with hands-on experience that cultivates the critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities necessary for future global leadership.
