On November 29th, 2024, students from the "Future Leaders" program concluded our 2024 Career Development Practice Course with a company visit to Deloitte. Students had the opportunity to explore the company through a comprehensive introduction, a tour of its Beijing office, and an interactive mock case interview session.
The highlight of the visit was the hands-on case interview experience, where students collaborated in small groups to work through 30-minute case discussions. Each team then presented their solutions and received immediate feedback from two experienced Deloitte consultants, who shared valuable professional insights and suggestions for improvement.
